Esta pol\u00edtica se aplica a reservaciones con y sin boleto (PNR). Las correcciones de nombre aplicadas a reservaciones que no cumplen con las pautas a continuaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n sujetas a cancelaci\u00f3n y\/o cargos y multas como se describe en el Art\u00edculo VI de la pol\u00edtica de Reservas y emisi\u00f3n de boletos de United.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">PNR con vuelos operados y\/o comercializados por otras aerol\u00edneas (OA)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un PNR con otra aerol\u00ednea o segmentos de c\u00f3digo compartido (comercializados por UA\/operados por OA) no se pueden modificar, incluso si el PNR no tiene boleto. El nombre no se puede cambiar ya que esto provocar\u00e1 que los segmentos OA se cancelen en el PNR de OA.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las agencias deben agregar un OSIYY al PNR para anotar el nombre correcto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El OSI es s\u00f3lo una notificaci\u00f3n. No altera el billete.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agencia habilitada para NDC<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se aplican las mismas pautas. Comun\u00edquese con United para procesar una correcci\u00f3n de nombre (excepto que puede comunicarse con United fuera de los 3 d\u00edas previos a la salida). Una vez corregido el nombre, seguir\u00e1s teniendo acceso a la reserva y podr\u00e1s realizar cambios futuros seg\u00fan lo permita la tarifa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacidades GDS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abacus, Amadeus, INFINI, Sabre, Shares, Travelport (Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan) admiten correcciones de nombres en un campo de nombre PNR. Las agencias que utilizan estos GDS pueden autoservicio de correcciones de nombres elegibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si un GDS no admite la modificaci\u00f3n de un campo de nombre, las agencias deben comunicarse con el servicio de asistencia de su GDS para ver si existe una restricci\u00f3n. En este caso, si la agencia se comunica con Reservaciones o con el mostrador ejecutivo, es posible que puedan ayudarlo con una correcci\u00f3n\/reemisi\u00f3n de nombre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PNR con boleto que requiere reemisi\u00f3n de United: en este caso, United puede brindar asistencia dentro de los 3 d\u00edas posteriores a la salida. Esto asegura que la agencia de viajes mantenga el control del PNR hasta ese momento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las siguientes pautas se aplican a todas las correcciones de nombres:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00e1lido para boletos United 016 totalmente no utilizados (no boletos usados \u200b\u200bparcialmente)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los vuelos deben ser operados y comercializados por United o United Express.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reserva no puede contener un vuelo operado o comercializado por otra aerol\u00ednea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3lo se permite una correcci\u00f3n de nombre por pasajero. Si se necesitan m\u00e1s correcciones de nombre, comun\u00edquese con United.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fecha de nacimiento de los datos de pasajeros de Secure Flight no se puede modificar junto con una correcci\u00f3n de nombre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si se cumplen todas las pautas anteriores, se puede aplicar una correcci\u00f3n de nombre al nombre, segundo nombre o apellido como se describe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primer o segundo nombre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ejemplos (no todos incluidos):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregar o eliminar la inicial del segundo nombre o el nombre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inicial del nombre completo (es decir, S Harris a Sasha Harris)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apodo (es decir, Bill a William, Cathie a Catherine o viceversa)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Error ortogr\u00e1fico (es decir, Cathryn a Catherine, Vivian a Vivienne o viceversa)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorrecto (es decir, de Juan a Santiago)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apellido<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Correcciones permitidas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el apellido tiene al menos cinco (5) letras, entonces la correcci\u00f3n del apellido se limita a tres (3) letras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el apellido tiene menos de cinco (5) letras, entonces la correcci\u00f3n del apellido se limita a dos (2) letras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre con gui\u00f3n: agregar al apellido sin alterar el apellido original (es decir, Smith\/Alyssa a AndersonSmith\/Alyssa)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre invertido: Puede invertir nombres sin alterar la ortograf\u00eda de ninguno de los dos (es decir, Henry\/Edmond a Edmond\/Henry)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cambio de sexo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se permite el cambio del primer y\/o segundo nombre. El apellido debe seguir siendo el mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mo actualizar el PNR<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los PNR\/boletos con correcciones de nombre que cumplan con las pautas anteriores deben ser procesados \u200b\u200bpor el agente de viajes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PNR sin billete<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corrija el nombre del pasajero.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregar documentaci\u00f3n: CORRECCI\u00d3N DE NOMBRE DE OSIUA PARA TODOS LOS ITIN DE UA SOLAMENTE<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emitir billete de acuerdo con la norma tarifaria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revise el PNR y vuelva a agregar cualquier Solicitud de servicio especial (SSR) que pueda haberse cancelado al cambiar el campo de nombre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PNR emitido<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corrija el nombre del pasajero.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregar documentaci\u00f3n: CORRECCI\u00d3N DE NOMBRE DE OSIUA PARA TODOS LOS ITIN DE UA SOLAMENTE<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vuelva a emitir el billete como un intercambio uniforme utilizando la tarifa emitida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revise el PNR y vuelva a agregar cualquier Solicitud de servicio especial (SSR) que pueda haberse cancelado al cambiar el campo de nombre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si no se cumplen las pautas: se debe realizar una nueva reserva utilizando el inventario actual y emitir el boleto con la tarifa calificada actual.
